recently, i have begun exploring the wet collodion process. i find it quite fascinating; a piece of metal or glass is transformed into an image through a process of chemical alteration and light, becoming a permanent reflection of a specific moment in time. these photographs last lifetimes, passed on through generations of hands, often outliving their creators. the end!
